Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart. … We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.
You, my brothers and sisters … serve one another humbly in love. … And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds … Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. … Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for one another. … Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.
