Saturday Book Report – Don’t miss my WWII interview on the History Unplugged Podcast

One of the very first interviews I did on my new WWII book, At First Light, had finally seen the light of day. I think you’ll enjoy listening to it.

Scott Rank, Ph.D., is the host of the History Unplugged Podcast. He titled the show I did with him, “Seeking Hitler’s Horses: How a WW2 Infantryman Rescued Equines Caught Up Germany’s ‘Super Horse’ Breeding Program,” and although we recorded the interview on March 24, almost a month before the book’s release, he just posted the show this week. You can listen to it here.

History Unplugged has over 400 episodes, 10 million downloads, and has become one of the most popular history podcasts in production. For history lovers who listen to podcasts, History Unplugged is the most comprehensive show of its kind. Scott earned his Ph. D. in History from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.

You can learn more about the book here. You can also read some of the amazing endorsements here and some of the incredible PR the book has received here. In addition, I’m delighted that the book has received 98-100% 5-star ratings on Amazon (68 ratings), Barnes & Noble (32), GoodReads (36), Walmart (25), and Target (23).
