Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. … Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! … Born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. … Through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. … What counts is the new creation.

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. … Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. … With regard to your former way of life,  put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

See, I will create a new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind. …  Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. … Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives.
