LORD our God … our hope is in you. … God our Savior and … Christ Jesus our hope. … Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God. … The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him.
But now, LORD, what do I look for? My hope is in you. … Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. … Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.”
But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love. … Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
