Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. … To one there is given … a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit.
If I have the gift of … all knowledge, but do not have love, I am nothing. … And to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. … But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
For in him you have been enriched in every way—with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge. … For us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live. But not everyone possesses this knowledge. … My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
