CitizenLink is reporting that the New York’s Office of Children and Family Services, which runs the state’s juvenile-detention centers, has quietly adopted new rules for “transgendered” youth. The new guidelines even allow boys to wear girls’ panties and bras, use makeup and shave their legs.

I agree with Caleb Price, a policy analyst at Focus on the Family, who says, “These young people need professional attention and healing to help them embrace their God-given, biological sex. Instead, New York is helping these gender-confused juveniles to embrace disordered thinking and beliefs.”
